I really would like to complete my 200 ryt I started a while ago. I have completed levels 1-3 but cannot find enough trainings within a reasonable distance. I am in Maryland. The timing of the only local trainings that have been available for level 4 and Anatomy and Alignment have bee on weekends I already was going to be away for work. I worry at this rate it will take me years to complete my trainings. Any suggestions? I cannot afford to fly out. It is expensive enough just for the trainings, hotel and incidentals.

I agree, I live in NJ and am having the same problems. Level 4 is the hardest to find in the area.

Depending where in MD you are, look for the VA MBF usually in February. Level 4's are typically taught at MBF's but are starting to be more and more at individual events. There is a level 4 in July in PA, not sure how far that is for you but also, There is an A&A 1 in November in NJ. Good luck and enjoy the journey. The length is not really an issue, although we may find ourselves anxious. Consider it an opportunity to learn and not so much a check box.

I'm in northeast Florida and am on the "years and years" plan too Most trainings above level 2 seem to be at least a 5 hour drive. With a small toddler, I've just resigned myself to a long term goal at this point. I'd love to see more in Orlando, and am glad to see the Florida MBF has returned, although it is too far for me this year.

I too was distressed about the lack of trainings in Florida. It took me 10 years to get my RYT due to the lack of trainings and some financial stuff along the way. But what I discovered along my journey was that the 10 year process taught me so much more than if I would have finished in a shorter amount of time. This made me realize that the whole thing is a process and we all are on the journery we are supposed to be on. So take a deep breath and enjoy the process not the destination! This is what Yoga is all about! Many blessings on your journey! Namaste!
