Currently I'm teaching lunchtime corporate yoga 2 days a week, and most of my students are older (50 years plus) beginners with a time limit of 30 minutes, so I keep it gentle. So far I've been starting with the Supine or Seated warmups, moving to standing stretches, flowing chair/airplane/forward fold, Warriors, Side angle, Triangle, (or a very slow sun salutation), balance pose, then a few floor stretches (butterfly, straddle splits, spinal twist), then down to the ground with knees to chest, happy baby, legs up the wall, and savasana.
Everyone really seems to enjoy it and return weekly, but I feel like there's beginning to be a lack of variety.
Does anyone else do short routines? Would you mind sharing some poses you like to work into them?
